first CasinoRama's (Jim Munding's GREAT shows in Arcadia). I wasn't a member yet & he spent time with me explaining chips & the hobby. I bought a chip from him & then discovered that he was also on & won several of his chip auctions. Now mind you, I was not a big spender on chips -- it pained me to spend $40 on ONE chip -- yet Bruce would either call me or e-mail me before he came out to California for the Casinorama shows, asking if there was anything in particular that I was looking for. He would always bring some chips out & set them aside for me & when I'd come up to his table, he'd bring them out & we'd make a deal or two. Just a great, GREAT guy.
