Rich, Luis... someone knowledgeable on these?

Saw this pic on the Caribbean guide tonight, cool shot. Shows Sans Souci Dice & Roulette tables. Dice layout looks a little different than I've seen before. It looks like the lady with pink hair may have the dice & there are line bets in a row each a different color with odds next to her. Is that just coincidence that the colors are all different, were players assigned colors and suits?. Looks like the bets are for her and the three gents. The casino has a lot of roulette chips listed on the guide. I'll show the two variety here. Questions I have... Could they have used non denominational chips on the dice table? Are we yet to discover denominational chips for the casino? Also, does anyone know what the GC represents. Any ideas of how the bank worked on a dice table like this? Any help appreciated?
