Thought it would be an interesting area to collect. Not that I've ever been to one or ever plan to visit one, but like the graphics and pretty ladies I've seen on a few. Are most just given out at the establishments for advertising?

Just looking at eBay I noticed that most sell in the $4-$8 range. Is this the going rate outside of eBay?
If anyone has some for sell, I would be interested in hearing from you.
