First this is very shiny gold and the scan does it no justice.

Received this from a friend this trip out and he told me a story behind it. They were giving them out as gifts for New years Eve to invited guests at the Trop. Others on the strip were giving out very lavish gifts for the time, expensive handbags to the ladies etc.. Some of the customers at the Trop were insulted at this gift and gave them back to the gentleman I got the token from.

He thought the token was from approximately 1975-76 but wasn't sure. I see a © symbol and the year 1966 after it but that's just a copyright mark. The f after the © must be from the Franklin Mint?

If someone can help me with an exact year I would appreciate as I am going to catalog it and put it away as a gift from a dear friend, Thanks, Mike
