Last time I went to Harrahs Rincon 2 weeks ago, I saw a lot of little things that show how bad they have become at customer service.

Nothing major, just a lot of little things. Pala's and even Pechanga's customer service is much better..I'm not talking about for Seven Stars whales..just talking about 99% of their customers..
