1939-1956, no mention of Russ Miller or Russ Millers Saloon in Va City . Oh...I also checked 1966 just for the heck of it, Va City was still using some 3 digit phone numbers, but not 341, as far as I could tell.

The only thing I can tell you is that, in 1939, the phone number 341 in Virginia City belonged to the Comstock Keystone Mining Company. Not really helpful. I didn't find the phone number in use in any other phone books that I checked.
