I see your chips - at least the $20 and the 50 Cent both show the same circular wear pattern as my chip. Perhaps the pin hole were part of a jig to hold the center in place while the denomination was pressed in? Perhaps someone with a nice SU chip will post an image - I sure there are some out there somewhere.
