On your 'My eBay' page click on your eBay name.
Then click on your 'items for sale'.

Then copy and paste the weblink on the top of that page.
For example here is mine: http://shop.ebay.ca/olympic_dreams/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p3686

Paste your copied link in the 'optional link url' and add a 'optional link title'
