I have seen a few Mason dies.
I saw all the O'Neil dies in Steve Cutlers dining room a few years ago
Mark and I bought the HCE dies in Fl a few years ago, so I have seen a lot of dies.
No clue what causes it.
I would guess the cut is not deep enough on certain letters.
