Re: Illegal Of The Day Mississippi-Update

I have been going through my illegal chip files creating a new format to search them.
Many illegals have associated chips and I am having trouble remembering the associations and info I stored in my head but is actually in my files. vbg

I got the Deweys chips in 2006, The info is much more recent and appears to be from a very reliable source. vbg
This thread started off with The Red Carpet Club chips Bikoxi, MS.

Deweys Club was the forerunner to the Red Carpet. Mostly the same players and was also a "Juice Joint. The MS boys did not like to gambol on their bottom line. vbg

Game was allowed to run because everyone was being paid off but they were regularly asked to remove the magnets underneath the craps table. Eventually they were shut down by the Fed for money laundering.
Re-opened 1965 as Red Carpet Club. Shut down a couple years later for the same reason.
Re-opened across the road as Deano's Lounge shortly after that.
All these names involved
Donald Lester James, Ivan Orrels, Dewey D'angelo, Alice Dianne Whitmire, Raymond Leroy Rolling, Jack Edward Kress, and Harvey Hutton Hutchins.
Info is from the FBI files.

I may have chips from Deano's. If they are initial chips should pull them when my new formatting is complete.
