I found a bunch on John Kallman's site - just not this coin. It looks like several Grand Casino locations issued 4-coin 24k gold plated boxed sets across several years. New in the case and airtites they seem to run $30. Guess I should have used Google first. I'll send John scans of this coin for his guide.
