Depends on how much you want to do with the site and what level of technical saavy you want to be able to enjoy. I use OLM.net. The price is pretty good, and gives me all levels of access down to the unix level to allow me to get right into the box and make any changes I want on the site, or what scripts are installed. If you want a reasonably static page, then you have other options.
