Not only do I not know where it is from, I don't even know what letters are on the chip. In any event there were at least two orders -- one from USPC then a reorder from Burt (bottom row).
The interesting thing is I am not sure about the Burt chips. It is possible that they were very early (pre 1911) USPC. I say that because the "Burts" all have the lifting inlays. Some day I'll find the answers.
