about 3 years back. was away on vacation, younger daughter home, called to say the ceiling below the upstairs bathroom caved in. Long time slow leak in the wall.... took handy man about 3 days to replace sheetrock, paint, etc. I know well the feeling. Keep smiling Dennis, its the only way to get through it.
