please be more specific when you (and, NO, not just you Mike ) refer to the BoD as it concerns this matter. In most instances, the references are all aimed towards the Board of Directors of the Slab-Free group which is entirely independent of the 's Board of Directors. The 's BoD gets enough grief about stuff & would like to NOT be implicated in these Slab-Free issues.
