The party in question was put on the don't buy list as a result of dealing in slabbed chips. He to the best of my knowledge has not contacted a single member of the board of directors nor has he asked publicly to have his name removed from the list. He has not made a pledge not to deal in slabbed chips in the furure yet seems to being dealt with unfairly?

Therefore I surmize that this would be valid enough reason to remove ones name from the pledge list as you did.
Well as you said you said you are no longer on the list. That was your choice as it was Mr. Harmons or anyone elses who feels as you do.

Others of us realize that though this issue is dormant at present it can very well rear it's ugly head at anytime and the only good choice here is an informed one.
