Help! Mailing Chips - Need Advice

If there is anyone out there that could help me. I am going to be selling a lot of chips in the next couple of months and I want to send them safely, but I want to keep my postage costs down. To send 1 chip in a small padded envelope through the mail it costs $1.22 in postage, then there is the cost of the padded envelope. So roughly $1.55 to $1.75 to send one chip, if not more.

I have seen the cardboard coin (chip) holder that you put in a business sized envelope. What are these called? Where is a good place to purchase from? What are the costs to mail 1 regular chip? Do they protect the chip?

Also is there another good way to send chips in a standard business envelope?

If anyone has an opinion I would like to hear what you think.

Thanks
Mike
