We were pretty young... Just a normal kid, nothing spectacular. We were in 4th and 6th grade in the same class. I moved after 7th grade to California. I went back to visit a few years ago and ran into an old friend in my old neighborhood... He asked if I remember Tommy Thayer, he had to prod me a bit to remind me who he was... Then he told me he was playing guitar with Kiss. I thought that was cool... the only person from our neighborhood that had some sort of fame.

Kiss actually played here in town Friday night at the Mid America Center across from the Horseshoe in Council Bluffs, IA. And Ace Frehley (I spelled it wrong on my last post) recently played at the Whiskey Roadhouse at the Horseshoe.
