I used to collect Sports cards during the Late 80's-Mid 90's and I agree about the slabbing. But, also the card companies killed their markets by making too many so-called "inserts" or "chase" Cards. IMHO, I feel that some of the casino's are doing now with LE's what the card companies did then. I realize some like them, but I think that there are too many so-called "subjects" that really dont need a LE chip made (The Bomb Dogs set comes to mind..My opinion). I am glad that slabbing hasnt made a foot hold...but I would like to see some kind of expertising for rarer chips, like rare coins and stamps are done. Thanks for letting me add my 2 cents.
