Ryan R. (R-7853) first suggested that they might be from the now cancelled show "dr. vegas" starring Rob Lowe.

The show was not well received. It was filmed at the Green Valley Ranch. Ten episodes were filmed, but only five were shown on , leaving few scans out there. Here is the only scan of casino chips from "dr. vegas" that I could find:

This scan does not appear to show the chip. However, I have no idea of the context of the scan - so I couldn't make a determination from that particular picture.

Then, Mike Levesque suggested the chips were also used in the show “Bones”:

Look at the chips at the top center of the screen. They look like the "mystery" chip. Solved! No!!

When you check the imbd.com "trivia" of the "Bones" episode, it says:

IMO, these chips were from the show “dr.vegas”, then subsequently used by “Bones”. Similar tp the "Las Vegas" Montecito chips being used by "Knight Rider" and "Monk".
