Yes Leo had it set up everyone who gave $25 received 4 chips. Money paid for the chips and was given to the BB as a Thank You to Greg for running the it. I believe the ones he gave to Greg were also sold for something which I don't remember. I remember the beginning as I was helping out Leo.
