Global warming is poorly chosen phrase to describe the weather changes we are experiencing. Gloabl warming means that temperature of the earth is a few degrees higher than normal & has been increasing for 100+ years (naturally or because of man's industrial revolution).

Weather weirding is snow in Texas today & record breaking heat in Rhode Island (68F yesterday) - an effect of global warming(?).

A comparison is that a temperature rise in the human body is bad (a fever of 102 is only 2 degrees above normal) so the earth experiencing the same thing may also have negative effects - one being weird weather.

It doesn't matter if you believe in "global warming" or not, some things will always be true - for every action there is a reaction / for every choice there are consequences.
