They must have really dropped in value.

At one time I was sellng the pair (59/60) at $500. I bought about six pair at Mt-Dora and took them out to the convention one year. A few people complained why my price was so high when other dealers were selling them for much less grin and when I said because the others were cancelled, they looked at me as though I was nuts.... grin

See CCTN Winter Issue 1996; my full-page ad where I had a few more at $250/$350 each... They sold very fast. vbg

A few years later I was told that everything on the property (dealing school) was cancelled.. though some did not look to be, but that there was a slight impression if placed under a scope.

I contacted a few of those who I sold to, but they said that their chips were good; no problem. Later, I did see a few that were quite questionable-looking (not from my find).

I always liked that $25...!
