When I was a kid, Thanksgiving was always special

because CBS would air the wonderful movie classic, "The Wizard of OZ". Back then, it was only way to watch it. No videos and no late-night showings, just a once-a-year, annual television event. What a great feeling of memories there for me, so it is no small wonder that there has been a chip out there that I have been secretly desiring.

And while my recent acquisition of the Gulfstream Gaming, sailfish $1 chip was rather rewarding, I've gotta say that the acquisition of this chip has to rank within my all-time, topten favorites and probably within my Top 5! Ecery time I saw this chip in someone else's posts, I was completely envious and wanting! Just looking at it reminds me of the times my family would gather together with popcorn, transfixed to the televison. And being from the midwest, where tornados were the norm, this one movie holds a ton of memories for me and this lone chip conjures up all of those memories in a moment's viewing!

Thanks for looking! And Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Jim

(Referred to as a prototype, this chip was made in a Bally's, $1 house mold on a fantasy (non-gaming) version of chip body and insert colors. I have been told that this prototype, which is the same on both sides, came in 3 different chip body colors/inserts, with very few of each version being made.)
