Erik, unless I'm mistaken, there aren't 11 Tahoe casinos that currently offer gaming. These do:

Montbleu
Lakeside Inn
Tahoe Biltmore
Hyatt Regency
Crystal Bay Club
Cal-Neva

These casinos have had $1 chips recently but no longer offer live gaming:

Bill's
Horizon
Jim Kelley's Nugget

That said, the Bill's, Horizon and Nugget chips shouldn't be difficult to find.
