Can anyone identify this chip - both sides are shown and are the same (the grubby marks are on the scanner which is why they are on both sides )

I have had a look in TCR and The Official Guide but can't find it. It came with a small collection of Vegas chips that may be for sale and I will post later - off to a football match now, but will check back in a few hours when I know you smart guys and gals will have identified the chip for me!
