yes I will pay if the bill or one close to the one on the floor does not pass--I lost my job in Oct of last year and Daughter who has had 20 operations and she is only 17 years old --she is now on Corba which will end in March of 2010 and she will be unable to get any Insurance after that time--also my Wife how takes one Drug can`t get any insurance now---no insurance company will now insure anybody that may be sick --you are correct I will pay if the bill does NOT pass
