I'm looking to get a new computer to replace my 5 year old Sony Vaio.

Is the following good?

6GB memory
640GB Hard drive
Windows 7 home premium
DVD burner
6 USB ports

How hard is it to transfer the stuff on my old computer to my new computer?

Should my printer and scanner work with Windows 7?
