I can't tell you too much about these but I can tell you that the chip is made of bone. It is old but just how old I do not know. There was an ebay seller about a year ago that that was selling hundreds of simular bone chips in lots of 20 or so. I think he was in South America someplace maybe Argentina or Costa Rica but that really means nothing. They look to be routed on a jig and then hand painted.
