Unfortunately, Larry...

...David Spragg does the new issues periodically. The only time I add them is if people start bugging me for TCR numbers and/or send me scans... then it's no problem. I just don't have the time to follow new issues or look at the NGCB reports. So, as of now, the question still stands and the colors will remain as question marks.

When someone posts an obsolete on the board that's not in TCR, or I see an unlisted chip on eBay, or, as happens most often (ie: daily), if someone e-mails me with something missing from TCR (along with a scan), I'll add it immediately and assign a number.
