I now have full access to everything and am in the process of creating similar identical access for Brian.
The server structure is not exactly what I expected so bear with us while we familiarise ourselves, and, in the case of issues such as the clock, test any changes on our own machines first.
Firstly and more importantly, at least one back up is going to be made of everything on the server, and Brian should be starting on that shortly.
There are certain issues like server re-setting where we are at the mercy of the hosting service as Greg was, and that doesnt change for now.
However, the tech support people are now happy they know who Brian and I are so we can deal with them direct.

This applies to all of Greg's domains.
