IMHO, it depends

If a single AC chip was used in LV, no. It could have slipped by inadvertently. If a rack of that $5 chip was used in LV for a period of time, then yes, it is a LV chip. If it was also used in AC, it is also an AC chip. If the casino knowingly used it as a $5 denomination chip, then it was a $5 denomination chip used in that casino. Just as we have seen chips travel to other locations in other jurisdictions (wasn't an Ohio illegal used in Reno?). If it was knowingly used in casino A, on what basis can you say it wasn't a casino A chip?
