Doug (who dos not smoke Cigars) Smyth

Has been employed by the city of Fort Worth in the parks services department since 1977.

In 1982 he bought a 3 bedroom Ranch house for $158,000. because of his sizeable down Payment his monthly payments are $1,400 per month.

He has faithfully made all payments since 1982.

2009, Collapse of Wall street, Collapse of the Tax base of most cities in the U.S.

To Balance the budget in Fort Worth 4 People must be released from the Parks services Department.

Doug loses his job. Doug's wife tries to help out but she is only available for 4 hours a day.

Forclosure of Doug's house is imminant. A friend mentions to Doug. Hey make them Prove that you owe them money. after all the origional Mortgage was with Wells Fargo in 1982. and Pinnicle Real Estate Is asking for the money.

So Doug files a suit demanding the origional loan documents for his mortgage.

Pinnicle is unable to produce the documents required due to the fact that that the mortgage has been bundeled with thousands of other mortgages and sold as a diritave asset.

Result....

Doug does not lose his home.
