Below are two HUB mold chips from BPOE 1348. This Elks lodge is located in Lubbock, TX. The blue chip is the same on both sides. The brown chip has the elk head and lodge number on one side and the numbers '0675' on the other. Both sides of the brown chip are shown in the scan. I do not know the significance of the '0675'.
