NO, I'm not trying to say these are new variations but just trying to learn more about the processes in chip manufacturing.

Note the inserts. The pink are different in each chip. They're all pink but show up differently on my scanner. Is it because of a slight change in composition or just a crappy scanner? The colors of the chips slightly vary as well. The top 2 were picked up last week and you can see exactly what I'm talking about.

Again, I'm not claiming these are new variations but simply trying to understand.
