Some of that "one-way" material is unknown by many collectors... I should have recalled that one instantly since I know of the practice in Europe; even with plaques in France and champaine gift plaques in Belgium. Caesars Palace had some interesting packets that were very similar with experation dates in their early years. I sold one at a past convention for well over $500 one year. grin

I'm relieved it wasn't a regular gaming issue... I was going nuts reviewing notes and SBM collections trying to find something showing it was a regular issue. vbg

Caesars Palace seems to accept anything
Silver Slipper had some interesting .999 silver ..
This Caesars Palace was an oversized "500" ...
