Ted’s website only shows the casinos who “bought” an agreement to use the “Win Card Promotion”. Gaming International only has the packets made for the casino without the chips (and works with the casino for reorders of the packets/tip coupons/stickers).

The website has nothing to do with the casinos “using” the Win Card Promotion and/or having chips made (Most casinos have their own chips made, Gaming International is not in the chip business).

There are many times collectors contact Ted and tell him the message that “casino XYZ” doesn’t have the Win Card Promotion anymore and he then calls the casino and takes down the casino from his website.

Over the years I’ve been tracking down “mystery casinos” which show up on the Win Cards Website but no chips/packets have been found. I know of 5 – 10 casinos that fit in that category.

Last issue, some casinos only give out Win Card Packets to the “privileged few” and don’t “promote” the promotion at their casinos. I know if another casino that has the chips but only runs the promotion a few days a year.

So there you have it, Win Card collecting isn’t just a “cut and dry” website that tells which casinos has the Promotion going on.
