These two chips were also from Doug's auction last week. Note they are black and green, have no edge spots, and say No Cash Value, not Non Negotiable. I had never seen these before and don't know if they are old or new. Both have short canes, both sides the same.

The pair sold for $180 plus commission in the auction.
