...Is there a story behind the $1 Pioneer Millennium chip from Laughlin? I am curious why a numbered Nevada chip made in a mere quantity of 200 is only a "C" value in TCR (note the $25 chip has "I" value). I would appreciate any info on this chip. My apologies for the scan thru the scratchy case.
