A spinner is a metal token, with a little bump in the center on the back side.
It acts like a top, and spins when twirled.
Received this when I got my new players card at the Commerce Casino in Los Angeles.
I don't think they have any more. Back side is blank.
About the size of a regular chip, heavier than a silver dollar.
