Got the chance to meet Ray Negron. He is an assistant to Steinbrenner. He wrote the below book which they are now making into an animated movie. He told us his history and how George caught drawing graffiti on the stadium as a kid and instead of prosecuting him, made him work it off at the stadium as a bat boy and he has been with the organization since. I picked up the autographed book. (he has since done another and I am waiting to get it autographed as well). His story is in the link below the picture. Just an interesting read.
