Better Pic & info. info anyone?

I posted previously and got some info. The people on this board are really awesome!! Thanks to you all, I know a little more but still need more info. if you can help. I bought this chip set over 20 years ago from an Estate Sale in Portland,OR. It has a leather wrapped carrying case with 2 removable wood chip trays inside, w/ card storage area beneath. It includes 515 chips in 4 colors...Red.Blue,Yellow and White. Each chip has 4 inserts and a logo design on the face of a crescent moon with a small circle inside. The sides of the chips appear to have a smooth seam completely around the outside edge. The design around the edge of the face is 16 circles w/a square inside. Would this be a molded clay or clay/composite chip? Also, I got a response from two people that thought these chips were most likely made by the Portland Card Co. probably Circa 1948-49, which makes sense based on where I purchased them. However, I still am curious as to whether anyone might be able to identify the logo on the face?? I'm guessing some sort of service organization? And finally one person was good enough to post back to me, that I should contact Bud Meyer with regard to identifying these, as he is suppose to have many of the old records for Portland Card Co....however, I have no idea of how to contact him..can anyone possibly supply and email addy for this gentleman? And lastly, can anyone give me some sort of idea as to what the value of this set might be? I would like to sell it but don't have a clue as to what it's current value might be. The last time I posted the picture of the chips was so blurry and bad that it was difficult to see any detail, this is why I am re-posting this with a much better digital pic.
Thanks Ya'll for any help you can give me!!!
