This is a what do you think chip and picture.
To me this chip fits the period, mid 1940’s. The hot stamp die is BOLD and very substantial. The gold looks like the old gold foil to me. To me this means a first class place. I know many things like matches, pictures, records and first hand stories help identify unknown chips. This is just one maybe to help identify this Black chip with a Gold Hot Stamp Anchor on the S-Key mold.
