Very easy to do. If you know what pictures you want included in the gif, and you know where they are in your computer, it takes a minute to a few minutes to do.

You start here:
http://www.gifninja.com/CreateAGif.aspx

Then you click those 2 to 5 Browse boxes to select your pictures.
Then you easily select (and test) the speed.
Then you hit the "Make My Gif!" button.
Then you copy and save the "code for forums" code (url) they give you. (I'm not too sure how you handle the other thing they give you -- "Display this picture on your site Code for blogs, MySpace, Beb_o".)

Then you simply copy-paste the "code for forums" here in the message box of this message board. (Looks like that when you use the free service, they put in this advertisement along with the gif: "make your animated sig at [url]www.gifninja.com[/url]
