NCR, Job Hazards Increase

Job Hazards Increase as career criminal Donald Rice discovered in Baltimore. While plying his trade (burglary) Rice was killed by a student at Johns Hopkins University. Rice an accomplished criminal with 29 convictions had just been released from jail and had returned to work (burglarizing the neighborhood) and was killed by a student wielding a samara sword, cutting Rice across the chest and severing his hand which caused him to bleed to death.

OSHA and the International Brotherhood of Burglars Union (IBBU) are looking into the increasing deaths in the field of career criminal burglary and expect to ask Congress to enact new laws making burglary safer. With the poor economy burglars are now having to work longer hours as well as increasing their ‘service areas,’ putting them at risk in unsafe territories.

Texas has begun marking unsafe areas with Warning signs in an effort to make burglary safer.
