Both casinos (Chatel-Guyon and Malo-les-Bains) were under the same management; Chatel-Dome, Puy de Dome, when this piece was used. A Casino Municipal de Malo-les-Bains sticker was affixed over the Chatel-Guyon name on the reverse.
