BTW, the rumor of a second chip was brought to David's attention by the seller. The seller volunteered to David that he believed there is a second chip. He did not present the information as a rumor. He can call it a rumor now but that is not what he called it when he mentioned it to David.

BTW, if you knew anything about high end chip collecting, you would know that, in all likliehood, all the bidders know each other and have seen the same information that David has seen.
