opinion wanted please. If this chip was normal I could sort of figure it out. However this chip is very nice on the front side. However the backside it looks like someone has it glued at one point.

TCR has it $75 - $99 and that is without any damage like it has.

I am trying to learn here so no offense will be taken if you tell me it is junk
