This sure looks like a Harveys chip but it doesn't say Wagon Wheel on it only Wheel Casino. I checked the CA book and didn't find it either. The new official guide has a unique Harveys chip on the SQSQRect mold. But this is only the Diasq mold. Hmmmmm. It has $1.00 on the reverse. Any clues where it is from?
