Last night a Harvey's Lake Tahoe $2 Bi-Centennial chip sold on but it is quite different than the one I have for sale. James' book (3rd edition) only shows one issue and an error chip but there must have been two issues of this chip?
2nd Question: Was this used as a drop chip or what?
